Fee Payments - International (including EU)

PAYMENT OF FEES – TUITION AND HALLS 2026/2027

Most International Students who have been accepted to study at 58�Թ� and who require a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Letter will be required to pay a deposit as specified in their offer letter of Admission. The deposit will be non-refundable except in certain cases (e.g. certified illness). This deposit will be offset against the students' first year tuition fee.

Tuition fees can be paid in full before or during the Registration process (please see Registration for details of the enrolment and registration arrangements for your course) or can be paid via the instalment option. Government sponsored students, US and Canadian loan students and 58�Թ� graduates do not have to make a deposit payment.

Payment Options

Full payment can be made prior to or at registration.

Students have the option to pay by three, six or nine instalments, depending on your student status.

Postgraduate Students: 3 Instalments – 50% on or before last date permitted to register; 25% 31/01/2027; 25% 30/04/2027
Postgraduate Students: 9 Instalments – 50% on or before last date permitted to register; 8 equal monthly instalments from 31/01/2027 to 31/08/2027
Undergraduate Students: 3 Instalments – 50% on or before last date permitted to register; 25% 31/01/2027; 25% 30/04/2027
Undergraduate Students: 6 Instalments – 50% on or before last date permitted to register; 5 equal monthly instalments from 31/01/2027 to 31/05/2027

Students opting for an instalment plan can make additional payments on their account at any time but will need to ensure their plan is kept up to date.

For entry onto the Pre-Sessional Course, fees must be paid in full, either in advance or at ELCOS programme registration.

No instalment plan is available.

The University reserves the right to charge a 1% monthly interest on any late payment after the last registration date. The late payment interest charge may also apply to instalments.

Accommodation fees can also be paid in full (see Payment Method and Policy) or by instalments as part of the online registration process.

Postgraduate Students: 12 Instalments – Monthly October 2026 to September 2027 on 1st of the month

Postgraduate Students: 3 Instalments – October, January and April - 08/10/2026, 14/01/2027 and 29/04/2027

Postgraduate Students: 7 Instalments – Monthly October to April, last day of the month

Undergraduate Students: 3 Instalments – October, January and April – 08/10/2026, 14/01/2027 and 15/04/2027

How To Make A Payment

You may make deposit or fee payments using TransferMate International Bank Transfer or Credit Card via the Bangor Payments Centre. Follow the appropriate link depending on whether you are an applicant or a current student . As an applicant you will need the details (ID number and PIN) sent to you within the offer letter to access the Portal. Anyone without these details may request them to be re-set by following the . Current students will be validated using their university IT accounts (username@bangor.ac.uk).

If you would like other people to be able to make payments on your behalf you may add them as "Authorized Users" within the Payments Centre, just look for the option on the home screen. Once registered with the portal they'll be able to log in using the following URL /tp-payments

Please note that failure to pay your fees may result in the termination of your registration

If you anticipate any difficulty paying your fees you should contact the Finance Office as soon as possible. The University will levy a penalty charge for a late payment but we are keen to ensure that you avoid such charges and in order to help you the University has a specialist adviser in the Money Support Unit moneysupport@bangor.ac.uk (01248 383637).
